It's so much easier being able to pause the teacher without having to socially interact

This professor is the best. He actually explains what he is doing when in the process of an action and doesn't just get angry and yell when you don't know the answer, like all the other math teachers in school. Love this! He really breaks the deadlock. :)

I'm a third-year electrical engineering student who also is about to finish his computer science minor and math minor in a few months, completing the square always trips me up. I have to rewatch it every once in a while and this guy in 4 mins explained it better than all profs and teachers in the last 7 years of learning this.

Working through this with my daughter for school. Man I wish YouTube was around when I was a kid. If one teacher doesn’t make sense, you try another. Yours was the one that got it to click for me so I could talk it through with her.

For fun, I tried this method on the basic ax^2 + bx + c = 0 leaving in the a, b, and c c as the coefficients instead of numbers. Holy cow! That’s where the Quadratic Formula comes from!

Currently in Calc II and needed this for integrating rational functions by partial fractions!!! It's amazing how one thing you learn in middle school comes back to haunt you in college. Thanks for the time you put into these videos, much appreciated!!!!

2:00 how did it go from x^2-4x+4 to (x-2)^2?

I've watched several of your tutorial videos before. I'm never disappointed. You say everything clear and upfront, no beating around the bush. Thank you very much for doing this for those of us who's teachers aren't as good at explaining things

It’s so amazing to just have someone talk it out and explain to you other than just following instructions from a book (which I don’t get 90% of the times -.-)

You lost me when you went from (x2-4x+4)=13+4 to (x+2)=17. I understood everything before that, and after that, but that par still has me confused.
