That Triggo, shown parking between cars, is a great way to get other car drivers pissed-off because they can't get in/out of their parked cars. NOT a good thing to promote.

Love these vehicles to go on regular sale in the UK. For city driving they are a perfect vehicles and at reasonable prices, unlike the current so called main stream vehicles here selling at £30 and £40 thousand pounds and more.

They are not providing price or shipping cost and some of the websites block for cookie tracking permission, for some strange reason. Without pricing information you can't make decisions. I guess they are still in the "isn't this cool" phase. Yawn. Not sure if these companies have sensible marketing. In any event, these are the so-called, Tesla killers.

All those light EVs looks so nice. Except the price feels like we have to pay more to have less compared to a thermic second hand vehicle, and we have to take account of the lack of charging plugs in highly dense residential areas or shared communal parking spaces. Plus the safety, most doors cannot be locked! If there are doors. Those are idealistic cars for an idealistic world. :(

As a child in the early 60s in the UK, I can remember seeing lots of microcars puttering about on the road, though the Austin Mini and similar small cars destroyed their popularity. I like the Microlino design very much which looks very familiar to me, but oh, the price!

well, none of these models can replace the car. They are city vehicles with little range and very limited speed. In addition, they have only one or two seats. I don't live in a city, so I'm looking for one of these types which will be able to drive 200 ou 300km, 2 seats, 90km/h max and a solar panel on the roof. Does it exist ?

The laws of physics make it clear that in any conceivable collision between one of these lightweight cars and an SUV, the lightweight car will be severely damaged. The lack of crumple space between the driver and the sides and front of the car means the driver may be hurt. And from the glimpses of the steering wheels in this video, it looks like these cars don't have airbags for protection.

And, just how do you get out of these things once you have parked in such a small space?

Whoever came up with the idea that the Triggo can park between two parked cars, either that parallel parked, or nose in - DO NOT DO THIS. People that need room to get in their cars, need to be able to open their doors. Have you not heard of handicapped people? And if you try to nose in between parallel parked cars, you have now blocked two cars from being able to unpark -- unless you want your Triggo smashed into.
