Obviously Brad Stevens is getting a ton of credit for assembling this current team. But something that I think is going unnoticed is how well the front office and Brad are doing with the younger players. JD Davison, Walsh, Springer, Drew Peterson, Scheierman, Watson and Queta are all 24 and younger I’m pretty sure and are in such a good spot to develop. They get to practice with the best team on the planet half the time and then get actual game reps in the g league. In 5-6 years when the current core of the Celtics is cut down to like Tatum, Brown, White and Pritchard let’s say, those 7 players and how they develop will be huge for the Celtics staying at the top of the league

Coaching is so overrated in the Nba, we just witness a coach win 64 games and got no votes for COY, a few years ago a Coach win COY and get fired the next yr. How well have Pops done lately.
