Will this cure self-sabotage?

I revisited the "Ideal Day" exercise from last year, and I realized this is the perfect antidote to my tendency toward self-sabotage. Rather than try to convince myself of worth, I can prove it through repetition instead!

I love this! I’ve been experimenting with this myself too. One thing I’m currently trying out: instead of thinking about what I want to DO on my ideal day, I think about how I want to FEEL on my ideal day. Gives me a whole new level of clarity, somehow.

Hello beautiful souls! My problem with self-worth and procrastination had so many contradictions and trying to solve all of the problems only by Meditation and the mentality 'fake it til you make it' didn't quite work for me, my mind and body also needed proof. So i tried to create an ideal identity of who - and not what i want to be in the future - so focussing on how i want to perceive myself, rather than what my perfect career would look like, and i started implementing the 30-day rule. So trying things that would bring me closer to my ideal self and they turned into my daily habits. And as you said: "Things fall into place", especially if they truly bring you joy and happiness instead of a short feeling of accomplishment. It kind of nurtures your true soul desires and the universe/multiverse reacts to you and just loathes you with things that actually make you happy and fulfilled. 🌈❤
