Just wanted to point out the obvious here... At 2:26 the guy literally has a picture of a broken iPhone screen. (The same exact broken screen that the iPhone he shows us in the video has...) LMAO.

Not to mention there's no way of clicking "trust this computer" when your screen is smashed/not registering touch...

I just purchased this for future use. please tell me that if my screen is broken and has a black screen, the program will NOT ask me to unlock the device before extracting my files.. What would be the point and why is that info not listed in the video. I will wait for a response from the company before I ask for a refund.

I think the most issues people have with iPhones is this; stuck on Apple logo with data not yet backed up in iCloud ... How is it even possible that this can happen? Then every advise on Internet how to start your iPhone just fails ... and you need to reset the phone with an old backup ... This is now the second time this happens - both times on vacation with mobile data off and no wifi ...
