Summer is right around the corner, which means everybody wants a six pack. But planking? more like puking! Sit ups? More like throw up! Nobody likes doing this, but I got an alternative for you. It is called the two point bird dog. Or as most people call it, just the bird dog.

Here's how you get set up. Come to your hands and knees, making sure the hand is right underneath the shoulder. Then the knee is right underneath the hip. What you're going to do is opposite arm, opposite leg are going to reach out as far out in front of you as you can. Keeping the back nice and flat as you come together, you switch to the other side. Easy peasy, Lemon squeezy. What you are not doing is crunching in and then overextending as you go straight.
