Is it historically accurate to call Jesus a Palestinian? Can you refer to the land in which he lived as Palestine? Did Palestine even exist in the first century? This video looks at primary sources to get to the historical truth of the matter.

I’ve always heard it was renamed Palestine after Jesus but didn’t know the history. Thanks for sharing it in such a fun and educational way!

Another extremely well done, historically based video! Neutral, honest and kindhearted. I learned a ton. Please keep making videos!

Jesus was a Phoenician Canaanite, who spoke Aramaic, which is the father language of Arabic Bethlehem was a Phoenician village. Palestinian means you’re from that land like I’m from the US and I’m American you can be from Africa and move to Palestine and adopt the culture/language then you are a Palestinian. There were many Palestinian Christians and Jews that overtime became Muslim. Jesus was definitely not a European Ashkenazi.

Referring to 1st Century Judea as Palestine is using the Colonizer's name.

Go read Rudolph Steiners works … you will see back in the late 1800s and early 1900s all his writings refer to Christ Jesus of Palestine … the God Incarnate in Palestine..

Hi. I like your videos. I'm only 46 seconds into this one. Just wanted to say... your jacket looks really cool. I want it. My winters are like 2 weeks a year, and I want a cool jacket like this one to wear for two weeks.

Noone knows what Jesus looked like, if the shroud is real and that is Jesus then we we know, Another misconception is Jesus spoke Hebrew or Aramaic, Greek was the English of its day, Jesus would have preached in Greek and most likely spoke in Greek majority of the time.
