They forget that historically there was no categorical distinction between Jews and palestinians, jews were one of many sub groups of palestinian peoples, because they lived in the geographic region of Palestine. You could be a palestinian jew just like you could be a Plains Cree. They're taking their racist notion of "Israel speaks for all jews and so all jews are Israeli" and trying to apply it retroactively to a man who, if you asked him would probably describe himself (In Aramaic at least) as a Jew from Nazareth in the region of Palestine or perhaps more likely as a man of Galilee. Because those were not conflicting identities back then. You know what probably was a conflicting identity back then, a Roman Palestinian because romans were the occupying force subjugating all the people of palestine back then, and oppressors by necessity draw a distinction between themselves and those they oppress.

They use the words "Palestinian", "Arab", "Muslim", and "terrorist" fully interchangeably. Well, they usually don't SAY "Palestinian" but when they hear it they think the other 3

FACT: The Romans renamed Judea, Palestine AFTER Jesus was Crusified. In 2nd Century AD.. meaning hewas born in Judea and he was a Jewish rabbi. Mark 9:5

They used to be so much better at propaganda I thought. As a pro-palestinian for decades, I was always amazed how they seemingly had the entire western world in a trance. But in the last couple months they have done so much harm to thier cause it'll never be the same again. 😂

Jesus was born in Bethlechem, that belonged to the province of Judea under Roman control during that time. The Romans renamed Judeah as Syria Palestina in the year 135 C.E., 135 years after Jesus was born. The link is just wrong and it may refer to the nowadays `Palestinian territories". Even if Jesus had been born when the land has already been renamed he would have still been Jewish

that only shows that they all should live together equally and in peace because they all have in some way or another the same roots.

People can say jesus was a Palestinian all they want he never claimed nor would he ever associate his name with anything bad he may associate with bad people but he isnt gonna basically tarnish his own name for the sake of a humans feelings

Saying Jesus is from Palestine is like saying I’m from the Cherokee nation because I was born in Columbus Georgia, or Marcus Aurelius was Italian because he was born in Rome. Jesus is from the country he was born in, not the present day country that didn’t exist when he lived. The same way I’m from America and Marcus Aurelius is from the Roman Empire.

There was a DNA study between the people in the burial ground and who was their closest relative. It isn’t the people claiming to be Israelis there right now, it was people from area of Lebanon, Syria etc. (which also include the Palestinian)

The name Palestine was given to the "Judea" region in 135 AD, after a failed Jewish revolt which saw the mass displacement of the Jews from their homeland, as a form of "punishment". Before that, there were Philistines living in part of the land, mostly around Gaza, and various wars were fought between the Jews and them.
Jesus would never call himself a "Palestinian", as the word was non-existent at the time, and anyone with basic integrity would acknowledge that, regardless of if you are pro-Palestinian or pro-Israel, or pro-peace. During the two thousands of years that passed since, many migrations occurred in that land. Even during the British rule from 1917 and 1947, many Arabs from neighboring countries migrated to Gaza and "Palestine". Calling the Palestinian "indigenous" is true depending on the spectrum of years you look back. If you look back further, Jewish people are also indigenous.
As an Israeli, I'm actually happy for this very poor re-writing of the past. It is so absurd, that anyone with common sense (that is, outside the conspiracy theory troll infested realm of the internet) can see right through this. Thanks for pushing the sane world to the side of Israel!
Oh, and the Palestinians are 95% Muslims. The Christian population is declining. Funny that they are trying to own Jesus...

Jesus came from Judaea. The term "Palestine" only appeared 100 years later to outline a roman province in the middle east.

One could call me an inhabitant of Raetia (in Roman terms) because I live south of the Danube and north of the Alps.

I prefer the term Bavarian.

Does Roman perception still structure the world? Okay, then North Africa, Levant and Anatolia (Eastern Rome) are Christian countries.

Who comes up with crazy thoughts like that?

May Baal, the Easter Bunny and Mayahuel serve you a merry Christmas.

Regards from Munich

The name Syria Palestina was given by the Romans 100 years after Jesus died. Before that it was called Judea, the native homeland of the Jews. Do sime research before you post something so ignorant
