Jesus was born in Bethlehem which was in Judea. He was raised in Nazareth which was in Galilee. Both Judea and Galilee were Jewish. Jesus and Mary were Jewish. The term Palestine didn't get invented until 135 C.E. which is about 170 years after Jesus death and reresection. Around 135 C.E. Roman Emperor Hadrian wanted to de-Judaize the area or get rid of the Jews so he renamed the area Syria Palestinia and he wanted a lot of Philistines to move in and repopulate the region.
