I walk a lot everyday, I am pretty ripped for me only really do press-ups and a few bodyweight exercises too. In much better shape than I was when I went to the gym 3 times a week but the biggest bonus and the reason I think this is, is that I never get injured anymore and I can exercise consistently every day. I love music and podcasts there is endless things to keep you entertained. Next month going to the mountains in wales to do some hill walks and the worlds longest zip line. so get out in the open air and f**k the gym.

I'm not ripped ( I've actually always been flabby ) but I have an insane amount of endurance and very strong legs thanks to walking roughly 8-10km daily due to my cleaning job.I can almost outperform and outlast just about anybody. If I didn't eat garbage, I would also have the body to show for it

For some reason just when i walk more my legs get bigger, i have done squats and lunges for years. But longer walks and spin bikes work the best for my legs.

Volume is important, for some more important than intensity

Great video, I try to walk everyday for half an hour on my lunch since I’ve started working from home. I do a lot of strength work and I find there’s little time/energy left to go running. Walks are an excellent alternative and can be paired with some music and a coffee for a relaxing but healthy alternative to keep the fat burning. Thanks again for the vid, very insightful.

I am 50 and am beginning to really experience osteoarthritis. It is very cold this winter, and I need to do mobility exercises just to go for an injury-free walk! Please make more mobility videos, they are very helpful.

in last 3 weeks I walked almost every day from 30 min to 2hrs, found it very relaxing and a good aid for recovery after bodyweight training. I am an avid cyclist but seems that building muscles and extended cardio training don't have a nice relationship, sort of testosterone-cortisol ratio

For sure, it helps me think as well. It's very relaxing too. Trail hiking here in the Appalachians is lovely.

Did 7 miles today. Going to try and do 7 miles a day. Its amazing how much it kills your appetite. One protein shake for lunch then healthy meal for my tea and a kiwi fruit and that's it... Don't eat anything else. You'd think i would eat more considering I've done 17, 000 steps.

I'm gonna start walking again to aid with my lower back pain/sciatica recovery. Seems like I herniated a disc due to overexertion on gym day. Thanks for the tip and wish me luck!

My thighs are getting toned from walking and my tummy is shrinking. Only been walking, most days of the week, do some hills and flat, 3-4 miles. Eating more fruit for fiber.

Just for the love of god buy good shoes or walking will just hurt you.
I'm very tall and heavy and i use the walking shoes in Adidas Terrex models and they are perfect for me.
But everyone's feet is different.
