Hi! I started my sims game up today and it worked till it got to the screen where it says the sims 4. Instead of goin to the loading screen it stayed on a white screen. I took all my mods out and it worked fine I put 1 mod in and it went back to the white screen. I repaired the game in orgin and I made a new sims 4 folder and saved all my cc from the old one and nothing worked

i've had a problem with my ts4, after the recent update i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and when i tried to open it, it only loads a white screen with background music. i've removed the outdated mods and cc, and i even repaired the game. i've tried many methods but nothing happens. any solutions for this problem?? 😭 thank you in advance.

I have a question, I started finally downloading lots from tsr sims 4 and they show up in my gallery and all perfectly fine but it wont let me place them and it will say something like "not available for this game mode" and i really would like to place them :( could you please help me? or does anyone know how to actually place it? thank you so much.

I have a question, all of my mods and cc are doing fine. They appear right after I clicked the enable button. BUT the tray file cannot be read. There's only Maxis build inside the game. Any idea why the tray file cannot be read and how to solve it?

After the newest update, I did exactly what you said cuz it has always worked out for me. But this time, I wanted to copy my old mods to my new folder, but the folder says that the folder doesn't have enough space EVEN tho the mods fit perfectly fine before. I'm just wondering if somebody else has this problem?

Everytime I start it everything works fine and the load screen after the sims 4 logo shows up but where usually should be the start to click on play is just a white screen and nothing worked I removed my mods so that’s just the normal basic game everything works but if i add anything nothing works and my cc are all updated and not broken i don’t know what to do

My brother deleted all of our cc due to sims 4 not opening, it now works but now putting cc into the folder, it goes in the folder BUT it never shows up in game or at startup
