Yes that's true. I have long narrow face and bimaxillary protrusion. when I was a kid, I'm a mouth breather, and snores at sleep until on my 20s. I practice mewing 3 yrs ago till now, no snoring, my jaw improved, and breathing.

When I was younger I had to breath through my mouth because I could only breathe through 20% of my nose and I recently got surgery to fix it. BUT I still only can breathe through 50%.

When i was a child the cold constantly block my nose ability to breath so i have to mouth breathing and now my teeth is crooked and overbite on top of that my nose is super large. It's so painful to have crooked teeth.
