Hey Doctor you are doing noble work.. I've bad breath from almost 3 years started from mouth and proceed to both nose and mouth..people can smell it even from 5-6 feet away It worsen when i am Hungry or if i smoke a joint. I do not feel any burning now after gerd treatment like before but bb is persistent my lung x-ray is clear. Can you please tell me what is possible reason please..

Well, it's none of those. It is further up the nasal passage, and it switches sides that it is blocking randomly. It used to only really bother me when I laid down to sleep. Now, it stops my breathing through my nose randomly while standing. Any ideas?

Can't u just expand the maxilla which will increase the space in the nose for the tissue so it doesn't block airflow?
