So true, many people don't realize that going to hell isn't based on being a Good or Bad person because there is no good or bad person as we have all sinned, rather going to hell is because you choose to live separate from God, you don't consider God your father and heaven is home to those who consider God as their Father and accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, Those who believe that Christ died on the cross for us and paid our debt on that cross and then rose again on the Third day.
So basically if you choose to live separately from God on earth while you are alive then you will live separately from him in death.
