The actress really sold how conflicted she was in a short time. And she has this sort of natural gravitas, that makes it very believable that she could be a special agent.

She still completed her task but she’ll never know the context of why she had to even be there in the first place.

8:00 This entire sequence was so masterful. The entity is invisible because she can't see it. We, the viewer, are made to watch her perception of it, focusing on sounds, etc, while we can still see her, the focal point, as she is being struck.. And seconds before she sees its face, it becomes visible to viewer once again, hinting at what's going to happen. Absolutely brilliant.

I think this is probably the best horror short I've seen in some time: no profanity, no sexual content, just horror. And it felt real, even with the very subtle supernatural elements. Well done.

This needs to be a full lenght film. Like a special agent has an unknown pick up with their partner, they step away to make a call and come back to see the partner confused and acting crazy, they have no memory, the film would play on the dubious memories if the two if them as they switch off who had amnesia next and finally they realize its the person they had to deliver, the partner dies somehow in a struggle, this video would pick up right around there as the last leg of the movie.
