A girl is on her way home when she starts seeing strange things. After returning home she is left to discover that the thing she was seeing may have found its way into the house.

sup ya’ll. I want to give some context for this film lol. this was a 48hr short film contest so it was all shot in a day and i then had one day to edit😭 i’m not the best writer so i had to make some decisions quick (sorry about the lights). Thanks for all the love from those who can overlook the frustration lol. The next one will be much better stay tuned

Girl has a Scream and Coraline poster on her wall. She's a keeper.

Also, if you can make something simple like a girl just staring at you feel very unnerving, that's impressive. It means you've set the creepy, tense tone very well. Props.

Isabelle do not give up. This is the type of horror we need. Peeking around door frames and crawling up stairs and build up and thought provocation. I'm telling you my biggest fear is always that something will peek out at me from behind something or that I'll see something just as I'm leaving a room.

I'm trying to find independent short scary films to show my high school students, becasue we're talking about fear. I thought an independent film would be less scary. I am nervous to show this to my students and them have nightmares. So good!

Girrrl get it together!!! 😫 The fact that you turned the lights off, had me in a chokehold....😳 even me as a viewer was creep the hell out! So turning off the lights is not an option for me. 😂 This short film was really good tho! 👏🏽 👏🏽

What's so interesting is that the double isn't even really doing anything particularly scary. Just staring. I think the idea is, though, that if you had a stranger in your house, any sort of stranger, who was just watching you it would be terrifying. Add to that the layer that the stranger looks just like her and you've got something surprisingly frightening.
