Wow! I can’t understand how with time I have lost the possibility of balancing completely. Having kyphosis and scoliosis, using a crutch and a walker outdoors have become my support. Not only that, the capacity of my lungs have reduced so I have to use oxygen when I go outdoors and when I go to bed. Your exercises are really worth practicing. And if possible considering my diagnosis, could you help me slow and adequate exercises. Thanking you a lot.

As a former figure skater these exercises don't seem challenging at all, but I appreciate the ideas to use for my elderly family as the balance exercises I show them are too difficult for them.

I accepted this but I had a ankle surgery and I have plate and screw in my ankle how can I do this exercise because I am really afraid while walking a and I always need any support to stand please reply me brother
