The reason big people are stronger in general is because there muscles are used to the weight so for you it's much harder than an actual big person

As someone who weighs 290-300 lbs everyday I can attest that it s not easy. Don’t let yourself go people. I’m on the Down track and losing weight, and for someone who’s 5’6” I carry it surprisingly well. I also lift a lot of weights, and am somewhat active so I have muscle mass. That makes it much easier to drop the weight. That all being said it’s still a mess, I still don’t like what I see in the mirror. It’s best to just not get to that point. If you see yourself getting out of control just a little that’s fine. Clean it up now, not later

It’s pretty cool to see something outside of a “top 7 tips” video here, very refreshing and an awesome challenge!

2 years ago I experienced worst depression because my girlfriend cheated on me which lead to me getting overweight. I weighted like 370 lbs and I didn't want lo live anymore. Only thing that saved me were some of these funny and very motivational transformation videos. I first started to eat less, and then I started going to gym. I was losing fat until I hit my plateau. I realized I need to seek for a help. Recently I discovered site Next Level Diet where I found out how to eat properly while working out. Their meal plan helped me continue losing fat. I have 195 lbs now, and I feel better than ever. I am ready to continue living life to the fullest.

Jose Zuniga is truly here for the people. His efforts to understand the perspective of an obese person’s point of view. Not just the physical aspect but the emotional toll it has on people. Today’s video reveals Jose’s empathy.
