This video is so much better in terms of the cognitive load that the previous videos had. You fixed the background visual overload by sitting in front of an empty wall, removed the background music(even though that was almost inaudible), and fixed the frame height so that your hands are visible(since you are an expressive person in general). My suggestion would be to lower the brightness of your fill light as you are filming during the day and match the text box color theme to your clothes or furniture.
