This is so powerful!💥 it’s so basic in authentic communication which is so needed with ACIM but in simply communicating with others in this dream world. Ego wants us to keep our thoughts and heart shut down and guarded thus keeping our mouth shut from expressing Love which comes from our feelings.

How about I start practicing this right now. My initial reaction at the start was I won’t be able to follow this- the circle diagram is in random processing style and I am a sequential processor. And then immediately followed with -hmm -wow- that’s resistance- must be something important here. Glad I learned that I don’t have to follow that initial resistance. So Yes! to
Showing up.Vulnerability, Open mindedness, Learning and unlearning.. and all the rest- so much here.

I thought I was willing to practice the 7 principles to authentic communicating till I watched this video, and realized how unwilling I was to let go of the past, how unwilling I am to be wrong, how unwilling I am to many of these ego driven traits.Thank you Daniel for this lesson in what true Willingness means.
