I really like biteable, but sometimes when I endeavour to upload the full video, it states that there was a problem joining the seens. Can anyone assist with this matter please?

Hi Paul, I opted for Biteable after trying out your free video editor version which was great! However, I am now frustrated after having paid for a Pro plan because the editor is now not functioning properly by failing to load editor pages!! When it finally loads and I make changes to pages, the changes are not effected when I export and download the video!! I have sent messages to your support for help but in vain. Why is the paid version inferior to the free one? I would like to go on with the paid plan, but this is frustrating to have a downgrade in functionality after paying for a service that was perfect before paying!! Please advise me as to what I should do to get what I am paying for!!
