I moved into a modern apartment and came to find that it had German roaches. The infestation wasn't that bad, but it was still a problem. How I got rid of roaches was this - 1) I throughly cleaned the apartment. 2) at night, I fumigated and bored every room, leaving all cabinets, drawers, dressers open. 3) I ser up baits and roache motels /traps all over the apt. 4) After a week of setting up traps and baits, I combined Boric Acid powder and sugar and sprinkled all over my apt. The sugar attracts the roaches and the boric acid kills them. 5) after two weeks of the boric acid powder and sugar mixture, I meticulously and laboriously sealed all cracks and crevices with caulk - this will keep roaches out.

This process has worked and took about a month. After that month, I saw a roach here and there and were gone in about two months. It's hard to get rid of roaches in apt because you have neighbors and God knows how they live their lives, which can be messy.

This definitely works. My grandpa used these techniques at multiple properties of friends and family homes. Just be careful where you’re tracking the bugs from to prevent them from coming back. You also have to stay consistent.

I got rid of roaches in my apartment by just by using those roach motels and covering all holes all around my apartment. To make a long story short. It’s been now 20+ years without seeing a since roach or any other type of insect. For 20+ years I’ve been insect free. I stopped using the roach motels about 7 years ago and still see nothing nowhere. It’s to a point that I don’t keep roach sprays in my apartment anymore cause there’s nothing to kill. I leave food out nowadays on the kitchen table or in the sink and nothing. There’s no insects. For some reason it feels like insects are afraid to come into my apartment seriously nothing comes in my apartment. I haven’t seen a single insect. No roaches, no spiders, no ants, no water bugs, no nothing. Not even a mouse. They key is just to be super clean and cover all open holes.

I have a question. We have cats. How safe are your products around pets? We have been invaded by roaches the last couple of months. Lived her 14 years and never had a problem before. I put out traps and thought i had it under control cause i didn't see any more roaches around the house. But yesterday, i got up at 3 am and turned on the light in the kitchen. Roaches were all over the walls and ceiling! It was disgusting!! We are miving soon, how do i make sure that no roaches hitch a ride in our stuff when we mive to our new apartment?

I'm autistic and I'm on disability I can afford maybe $20 at best what would be the cheapest way I can get rid of them I'm on Section 8 because they sometimes crawl on my food not all the time but I had it happen once or twice and it is very frustrating I have a friend who has the same problem and what he does he says he eats out because he doesn't want to cook because of the roaches roaches
