I loved this review and I am a great fan of the Commonwealth. It was the right thing to do when we gave the empire countries the right to self govern and I am humbled that you all forgave us enough to work with us still to promote democracy, voting rights, legal systems and human rights. It is also good that we help each other to grow our economies, help in disasters and provide aid during conflict.

I know for the facts, about at least 10 Millions Iranians Speaks English Fluently. All my kids speaks only English. And I am proud to be an Iranian American for 51 Years. English language is only language I speaks fluently.

The Commonwealth is a good development after colonialism and Empire but its ...Time for change!
The Commonwealth needs and have more powers, economic, ecology / climate, human rights, Development agreement. The Commonwealth needs to become more economically linked, like the EU...drop tariffs and import export taxes between each other to improve economies.
More intercommonwealth financial support for climate change projects...Not Aid, Charity or public donations. Learn from China in Africa and Asia, invest in countries infrastructure, build ports, Motorways, Bridges, Education, Water distribution, sewerage systems, ecology. Commowealth countries to support each other in Science Developments, Enginering and Telecommunication Developments.
Have a more and better guidelines on Human rights, within the Commonwealth. Otherwise it's just a "Talking platform" and becomes as dead as the Empire.
I know it does a lot but, " can do better" comes to mind and be more focused, directed and less hectic as it seems. .
