Excellent video, I have peripheral neuropathy, also B12 defiecency, give myself monthly B12 shots. Present Neurologist considers PN as irreversable. I willing to do WHATEVER it takes to reverse. Not getting worse but not much better after 18 months. Please give me a DALLAS referal of a neurologist that Belives this can be reversed. THANKS!!

Hi Doc, I've been suffering for over 6years! I've been told its from my diabetes, from my PAD (4 angioplasties) I've been told its from my L5, S1 everything! Point is I've went from excruciating pain being addicted to narcotics (now off!) To now numb, I just fell down a flight of stairs breaking 2 toes because of balance then incredibly fell again 5 days later down the same set of stairs! I'm unbalanced and numb but painful inside my feet still. I've been told there's no help at all! Please if you can help me please let me know. I'll come there, I'll go where ever I'd really love (I pray every night) for God's help and leading me to healers. Anything you can do for me?

Peripheral neuropathy caused by a B12 deficiency at the age of 28 years old.... I'm doing Wim Hof and take ice baths. The ice bath's actually calm the nerves and I feel allot better. Exercise is a great painkiller, just my nerves are tingling all over my body though. Hopefully I still have a chance at healing by insane exercise, stretching and cold, hopefully in the future heat (saunas) exposure. All these combined sure make it allot better to cope though.

It's not seriously painful, just annoying, tingling and prickling 24/7.

Mine is beyond uncomfortable its excruciating ...at night after like 6. I can't sleep from it and the only thing that allows me to escape torture is falling asleep via melatonin. Laying horizontally seems to aggravate it then sitting up in a chair seems to help. Maybe blood flow? I take Tylenol with no discernable relief. I just have to ...get myself asleep. I suspect a basket case level toenail contributes for years but PN is the easy diagnosis. Same region as hers. I'd do anything for relief from it.

Hello had a car crash and 4 years later i still have foot pain. Doctor sad on MRI SCAN that nerves are damage and would heal because I’m young. 20 now it was when i was 16 nothing helpes me! Can anything be done for chronic pain stemming from scar tissue from an incision on my abdomen from previous surgeries? I am in constant pain from inflammation of my nerves and muscles in my abdomen.
