Unlike what people say about neuropathy being "incurable" and "permanent" mine always cures itself by changing my diet. The period of pain usually lasts 2-3 days. After returning to one meal a day and avoiding high sugar meals, I don't have a problem.

I also use various supplements to help speed up the recovery, such as Skullcap herb (for nerve repair), Berberine (for blood sugar), Turmeric (to reduce inflammation and encourage blood flow), Benfotiamine (derivative of thiamine/B1, helps with blood sugar, helps to reduce nerve pain).
