Traits, lift them from the company website or value statement AND from the description. As I am seeking a job in healthcare, I need to be mindful of the values of the parent organization.

Now do candidates really answer this question honestly? Some people are really good at selling themselves if they have no experience for the job and end up getting the job vs a person how has the experience for the job. I know some people who are fully qualified but can''t sell themselves in an interview and land the job.

As an Elvis fan, I would love to answer "Taking Care of Business" as you could use this phrase to connect to the job description, but I will refrain from this quirky, twee answer & use the word/description method because it is more polished & professional...

Well, I'd use three traits, but sometimes what the hiring manager and her boss expects does not quite match up what was stated in the JD. So I'd be careful and might not be using all traits described in the JD, not to mention that some JD mentioned skills rather than personalities - it sounds weird to describe yourself as 'good at [X]' or 'excels in [Y]' right?
