Hi Richard,
Your videos are always greatly appreciated and helped so many people. Anyone having interview tomorrow? 1) Watch Richard’s videos on a loop until it’s embedded in your brain (enunciate your words as you WILL SOUND SOFT AND QUIET because of nerves, enunciation helps refocus your brain 2) Take a long walk and do some exercise to release tension 3) stay hydrated (use chopstick, as your lips will be dry inside and out).
If you are having doubts just imagine how much harder it is for someone who is not a native English speaker and just do it.
