Self proclaiming your self a goal oriented & result driven blah blah blah will not get you selected the job.
Try to describe results & goals archived within the current/ past job role to back up your claim … Always refrain from generic words such as hard worker, passionate, goal oriented as smart interviewers would figure out the origin of these responses and potentially sent a regret letter few days latter 😂😂😂
