Your physique at age 15 is incredible. You know arnold was a powerlifter before he was a bodybuilder? He deadlifted 700 pounds or like 320kg

I usually do wide grip pull downs
Not saying that I am right or something but
Shouldn't you not use momentum during a lat pulldown?
And make your back stretch as much as you can on your way up?
Ofcourse you are alot better than me just asking because I am confused now

But 230kg for 3 is insane. 300-400 kgs coming once you get older for sure 👍

nice bro. could you make a tutorial on how to perfect your deadlift form? since we’re roughly the same height (im 18 tho and 82kg) bench 120kg and squat 150kg, but my deadlift is really weak compared to my other lifts, and im pretty sure im getting held back because of my sumo deadlift form which i never really got down that well. would be great if you could give us some tips 💙

Also I figured out I’m also not that bad at deadlifts, just bad at higher reps 🤣🤣
I can pull 160 lbs, which is about 72kg
