Ah I'm dying to go to Portugal! So do "daan tat" (Chinese egg tarts) actually originate from the Portugese in Macau? As a Hong Kong native I feel like I should know this lol. But I don't!

That Chinese tart is from 🇵🇹. Here is called Bom Bocado (Good Piece/Chunk). I eat it a lots of time. It's like nata but outside is more tart doe. We eat all the porc. All of it. We make a special salad with the Yummy. Salty and with vinager. Cod fish, we have +1000 ways to do it. Even raw. Ehehehe
