They need to make the photo app redesigned I liked how it was before iOS 18 they need to rework it, it just seems cluttered now and yes taking out the swipe is at the top is good it was weird and its such a niche thing to have that most dont care just make it simple have another full page for creational stuff and memories keep the main page simple and organized

The de-distractor is a really cool engineering feat. I’m not sure when I would use this vs reader mode though.

Using Beta 5 now and it also seems much faster. The photos app is much improved off the one before. Not nearly as good but better now that they removed the carrousel.

There’s also a new edit home pages option. Where you can move the entire home pages around

I still think when anyone takes just a few minutes to customize the new Photos app, they’ll love it. The app a lot more useful now. Especially the new Utilities Section.

I don’t really need my thousand dollar phone to look like My First Sony. I’d get an android.

Having all the reactions in messages multicolored and moving around is super annoying.

Right, you don’t need to make an 8 minute video to show us 2 features. Did you seriously spend a whole minute showing us…. the build number?! If you’re so crazy about long videos just add stuff to the end of the video like your dog rolling in grass or whatever
