Good morning. I retired from the U.S. Navy’s submarine service after 21 years of active duty. Submarines have had this type of technology for decades. I’m not minimizing Mr. Carlson’s claims at all. The process we used and still use is called “Electrolysis.” Typically we have 2 rather large oxygen generators, and we use distilled water along with seawater to produce fresh O2. We accomplish this by using a long anode probe and an equally long cathode probe. We energize the probes to separate the 2 part hydrogen and we’re left with 1 part oxygen or O2. We discharge the hydrogen overboard and we scrub the atmosphere (breathable air) with a CO2 scrubber, which we discharge overboard as well. O2 generators are used in hospitals as well. It’s is an in-depth process however it’s fairly simple.

As far as the loss of explanation for how it works, *I'm not well educated but IMO, most engineers and physicists are book belchers.* They're not uniquely intelligent. In how I learned electrical science, we use the electron current path flow where as traditional colleges and universities today teach the "conventional" current path and it quite simply makes people stupid.
They can design things, advance things, repair things and back engineer things but the overwhelming majority can't invent anything.

My emitter by simulating elements both existent and non is how you can transform the gas it's being applied to into a completely different element or molecule. *My invention is also insanely dangerous and can be used for again, star trek scale weapons.*
Is it possible?
I invented something capable of doing what's described with a power efficiency >90% when under load. *What he's saying is impossible isn't violating any laws BTW, it's just violating the way the mathematical current flow is taught which is intentionally taught that way to keep people stupid.*
