Trumple is fr one of the most righteous yet believable cop characters I’ve seen in any media. Got that classic chief of police grumpy, no bs demeanor, combined with a reasonable, compassionate outlook like at 1:50 that really makes him both multidimensional and likable. Even the way he ribs Ben is pretty wholesome given what a little calzone freak he is

I keep thinking the actor for the white, bald cop is an actual cop, because he kind of sounds like one. And has the sort of behavior.

That “C’MON!”. Poor Ben is under so much stress. That’s the perfect attitude for someone who’s gotten themself into a ton of trouble, and is about to lose so much. I actually felt horrible for him.
