At The Swimming Olympics, 100 Racers Are Unaware Of A Deadly Creature Following Them

Paris is hosting the World Triathlon Championships on the Seine for the first time. Sophia, a brilliant scientist, learns from Mika, a young environmental activist, that a large shark is swimming deep in the river. To avoid a bloodbath at the heart of the city, they have no choice but to join forces with Adil, the Seine river police commander.

the most unrealistic part is that they chose paris for the setting. the seine is deadly for anyone to swim in, and there would be too many protests for the triathlon. in reality everyone would do what they do now- poop in the river until the shark dies

Saw this one last week, not a good movie but enjoyable if you don't mind/like to make fun of how dumb everybody is. The huge number of old bombs in the river and how that somehow raised the water lever so much made no sense

Sharks never stop to grow.

Crocodiles also never stop to grow, but they slow down a lot. Still, some crocodiles are over 4 meters when they are around 8, then they still grow multipe centimeters a year, and 50+ years old, they reach 6 meters and more. Some live up to over 100 years, and there are reports about 7+ meter crocodiles.

There are simular reports about sharks. The biggest white shark reported was around 6 meters in 1987, but some say, there are 7 meter shars out there 🤷‍♂️
