I have had these for years. Suffering with no sense of smell, mouth breathing, constant runny nose. Not a single doctor ever looked in my nose. I know it's a polyp because it's so bad that it's now visible.
To think, a simple glance and I wouldn't be suffering like this.

Just the thought of this being the reason I can’t breathe out of my right nostril is making my skin crawl.

I have cystic fibrosis and I've had this surgery done to me three times. I've recently got checked again for polyps due to frequent migraines and loss of smell. I've been put on steroid tablets and steroid spray that i mix with the saline rinse. Insha allah my polyps shrink and if they don't it is possible for another surgery. Watching this video helped become more informative about the surgery. I've always wanted to learn how the surgery is done. Also why my polyps grow back.

Edit: I have not been having this issue for 3 years straight now. After YEARS of suffering. Thank and praise belong to God!

I had sinus problem for a few years, same symtoms as described above, but I don't want surgery. Fortunately I got this healed a year ago by strengthening my immune system.

My sinus problem comes and go randomly, but as times go the issue occurs more frequently and it is ruining my daily life. At first I feel annoyed cz I'd have to do some exercise to find some temporary relief, but then sad, and then angry, and ultimately despair.
I decided to go to a specialist physician for my issue, and she prescribed me an expensive nasal spray that is indeed effective to fix my nose for a few days, but I don't want to depend on that spray for the rest of my life.
So I asked her what actually caused this and how to prevent it. She cannot answer my question, which really baffles me, aren't she the specialist here?
Therefore, I searched online just like you, and always ends up with articles saying that I needs surgery.

Now for disclaimer, I have nothing against surgery. I just cannot accept the fact that I just so happened to have this nose issue and now the only way to fix it is by surgery. I at least need to know why it happened in the first place how I can prevent it for next time. Surgery is not cheap either.

Then I come across a video talking about strengtening our own's body immune system, which was not emphasized anymore nowadays.
After going through the video series, I learned how important Vitamin D is for our immune system, among other vitamins and electrolytes.
And how refined carbs, refined sugars, fast food, and ultra processed food are weakening our immune system and creates lots of problem.
It dawns on me that before I started to have sinus problem after I got a steady job WFH job. So I rarely go outside and get exposed to sun ray unless on the weekend. And with that, I started to eat irresponsibly also, eating all kind of foods and drinks I want. I got out of shape, gained 25kg of body weight, and my sinus begins having problem.

So since a year ago, I decided to change my diet completely. I stopped eating refined carbs, regined sugars, fast good, and ultra processed food. I decided to try healthy keto diet for a month with intermittent fasting. And I felt the change after 2 weeks on my sinus problem. It was not easy giving up those delicious food I tell you, but I keep reminding myself about all the suffering I've to endure due to my sinus problem. My weight starts to fell off and I feel physically better overall. I decided to keep this as a lifestyle since.

My advice for everyone with this issue is to try to cut off all the refined carbs and refined sugars from your diet for two weeks to see if it helps with your issue. Some of you have suffered from this for years, so what is a mere 2 weeks? Its a lot cheaper than surgery also. :) Good luck!

Do jal neti for nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis, migrane, sinus etc. It's very effective in these problems. If you want to cure your polyps without surgery and within a week just do jal neti. I strongly recommend this as I used this. I was unable to breath due to congestion caused was polyps and breathing through mouth.

I'm legitly scared right now. I've had this for a long long time and haven't thought much about it but i can't breathe in my left nostril and sometimes at the right i can only breathe to one and i have so many bad feelings in my body but everytime i tell my mom, i feel like she wouldn't care and i just leave it untreated...:(

I have been suffering from this for almost 6 months. I hate doctors so I thought I'd give the tea tree oil a try. I have a netti pot so I simply used my netti pot and filled it to the water line and put in 3 drops of tea tree oil. I am on day 2 and finally starting to find relief. From what I've read it's a 2 to 3 week process of treating it this way.

Wow, I finally know what I have. I had nasal polyp since 3rd grade and I didn't notice and forgot about it and when some people said it cancer, I panicked. But after watching this video, I now know everything that I had all along.

Edit: Omg, I found out that I don't have nasal polyp. It turns out that my neighbor who is a doctor told me that it just another sinus thing.

I had only moderate interest in this until 2:06. When the polyp waved as if to say "Hi, here I am!", I was a lot more interested...at the very least, entertained! 😂

I think I have polyps. My allergies are unbelievable, I have runny nose often, bad congestion. I’ve had asthma growing up, (it wasn’t bad) but after years of not needing an inhaler, I had to get 1 recently because sometimes breathing is tiresome. I’m gonna get a CT scan to see if I have this problem.
