I have the allergic triad known as AERD. As long as I don’t take NSAIDs my polyps don’t grow or grow really slowly. Eating less carbs and sugars has helped too. Rhinocort (budesonide) has been the only nasal spray to work for me. I want the FESS surgery but can’t afford it in the US without insurance.

There are a few ideas worth trying
use a saline rinse - this is a great way to keep your nose healthy
eat chili peppers - chilis contain a chemical that can reduce nose polyps naturally.
Use Tea Tree Oil - dilute first then swab the polyps with it - this can shrink polpys and reduce symptoms.
cosume foods high in anioxidants - broccoli, citrus fruits etc - these can shrink nose polyps naturally.
(I read these and the reasons they work from Jits Polyp Plan site )

i had a nasal polyp which was quite a size.it was irratating and i flt it hard to breath. i sneezed and it hung out of my left nostril, then i sniffed back up and it went back in my sinus wall. i went to see a ent specialist and was given some nasal spray, i tried it once and it litterally made me feel sick. at that time i startd using cbd products. cannabidiol. this was helping vastly with my anxiety. i was vaping and taking paste..and still continue to do so. anyway after a 3 month period i had to go back to ent to see if i needed surgery.i had the camera up my nostril and the polyp was reduced dramatically, to the point it was hardly visible. All i can say is ive done alot of research on cbd and its is a very strong inflammatory effect and really needs recognised in the medical industry.

I started having a runny nose, nose and chest congestion, coughing, sneezing 🤧 etc. back at the first of August. Never had any allergies. 51 year old male in great health grew up in the country. I let this go on for weeks trying all sort of old school cold remedies. Got tested for COVID-19 3 different time since and negative. Then diagnosed with the flu bronchitis and onset pneumonia and treated with all kinds of steroid shots and antibiotics along with two different nasal sprays. Prescription and over the counter. Given asthma pumps as well. I would get temporary relief but symptoms return. Out of the several doctors I have seen no one suggested looking up my nose! I finally suggested to my regular doctor after negative blood test that I wanted an allergy test! Got one coming on November 16! Will they look into my nose with a scope? I will suggest and tell them out of all the things I found that fit what I have been going through is Nasal polyps! Thanks for the video and replies!

"hang out in the nose" may have been a poor choice of words. But yes, an excellent explanation. And you have an excellent voice to listen to :O

Lactobacillus sakei. That needs to be added back to the sinus after swelling and polyps are removed.

Burning a wood stove and creating an environment with 10% humidity. Intuitively it sounds like a horrible idea. But that’s what I’ve created. I only realized this once I got a thermometer with a humidity reader. I figured I was having allergies, so I started taking Benadryl which further dried out things and I went from bad to worse. Now my sinuses are destroyed. Could this cause polyps or do I just stop the burning and use a nasal spray/Neti pot/humidifier?

I know one thing: I used to be a Surgeon's Technician and I'd rather see brain matter than nasal polyps. Brain matter has always been my one weakness but not because I get grossed out. I can look at anything but I can't always handle what it means. I've almost never seen a person live after their brain matter was exposed to the elements during a trauma, especially high projectile trauma from gunshot wounds, which one of our doctors told us "Is totally preventable. We don't HAVE to have gunshot wounds, " he said. Totally annoying the NRA's legal advisors. He had already annoyed them when he said he's going to tell his patients whatever he thinks they need to know and isn't going to feel the need to run it past the NRA first. Not until they get board certified as doctors.
But nasal polyps plus nasal mucus = too disgusting to look at for long.

I struggled with nasal polyps for years until I tried IAFA Ayurveda's natural remedies. Within just three months, I experienced significant relief and improved breathing. Their holistic approach truly made a difference in my life. I highly recommend their treatments for anyone seeking effective and natural solutions.
