Better hope that was mildew not mold and get that issue addressed! Maybe cut one door panel and shorten it?

Did you remember to address the root cause of the mold in the insulation, otherwise it will just come back?

I think you can adjust the gain on your garage doors up and down, or get it cut down? But awesome problem to have

Move the top hinge down a bit. And re adjust your motor. Cut the track to match the floor. you should be ok 6 inches may be a problem 4 should get away with hinge adjust

Low clearance garage door track. What’s your head height from finished floor height to ceiling?

Leave floor level at garage door then have a 6” ramp up to new level. Doors stay the same and no water will run into garage under the door

Should have used 3lb foam under concrete. Good luck, though

You want to install a radiant barrier before you insulate the floor or you will be heating planet Earth

It’s all well and good, but you made the room with a low ceiling now it looks like a sandwich. See if you ever put concrete on the floor maybe think about not disrupting the height of the ceiling of the room. This is typical of American buildings. they have very short ceilings in Europe you got at least10 feet is normal. 8 feet 8 1/2 is supposed to be the normal. I’m short and even suffocating for me.
