KILZ® 1-Part Epoxy Concrete & Garage Floor Paint is a single-component water-based epoxy. This high-performance formula resists hot tire pick-up, scuffing, fading, cracking, peeling and blistering. Can be applied to interior/ exterior surfaces such as porous concrete, masonry, stone and brick. For use on horizontal surfaces such as garage floors, driveways, basements, porches and pool decks. DO NOT use on vertical surfaces or areas subject to hydrostatic pressure. DO NOT use on areas subject to fork-lifts. For residential applications only.

If I may, before painting the garage floor to prevent peeling, one MUST check the floor for moisture, especially if one cleaned the floor with water.
3'x3' or so plastic sheet and tape it down good on the floor. Wait 24 hours or so, check for moisture under the plastic sheet. If wet, repeat until no moisture is present.

Does it need a clear coat? Also wat would you recommend for sealing the small cracks and what is the cleaning preparation looks like?
