10 Burpee Variations to improve fitness

This 20 Minute Fitness, 10 Burpee Variation workout targets your whole body and incorporates CV. Burpees work your core, legs and upper body whilst raising your heart rate, to enhance your bodies endurance.

The workout is split into 2 rounds of 10 different types of Burpees that are completed for 1 minute each:

1. 1 Pump Burpees
2. 1 Pump Hand Release Burpees
3. 1 Pump Diamond Road Burpees
4. 2 Pump Burpees
5. 2 Pump Diamond Road Burpees
6. 3 Pump Burpees
7. 3 Pump Navy Seals
8. 4 Pump Burpees
9. 5 Pump Burpees
10. 5 Pump Navy Seals

Burpees are always going to be tough. I have never done a challenge but I have included them in my circuit training.

I love doing burpees on my hiit days. Had to change up my program. Hit a platue awhile back and had to reevaluate some things. Keep killing it.
