He says he did nothing wrong. So he should be ready to go.

Why do a property manager and a valet need to view these classified documents? I mean the audacity of these criminals is astounding.

Notice how Trump hasn't said a single derogatory word about "Judge" Cannon in the documents case. Convenient, huh?

It is misleading to describe the right to a speedy trial, as being limited to the defendant. Generally, and *especially* In this particular case, the country has rights too. We demand justice!

Walt didn't need to see the documents to move the boxes. Why should he have to see them now?

We could not care less if the trial interfers with Trump's campaign: Don't have the time; don't do the crime

"Need to have a client who is available". Since when do criminal cases get scheduled around the defendants lives and whatever they have going on? This is absurd.

It's really a simple case.
Trump's own words on record are enough to convict him.

if Mr trump is remanded to custody to prevent him from publicly targeting his detractors and the prosecutorial team it may help encourage him to be in favor of a speedy trial i the best interest of the American public

Believe there will be arguments over ridiculous delays. Fine them over ridiculous delays.

In what Universe do you get to delay being tried by not bothering to hire a lawyer? How does the Courthouse not have an extra lawyer hanging around?

Why would he need to see the docs? His issue was lying about giving all the docs to the officials.

Don't commit crimes if going to court doesn't fit into your schedule

Being terrified by a *coffee mug* should be sufficient *grounds* to be deemed unfit to run for the office of the presidency.

Lock all 3 until trial, then watch delays disappear

He's been saying everything he did was perfect. Therefore, surely he should be eager to get into court to prove that?

I understand Jack Smiths intention to start a trial in Jan...however...trust the process. I think the dates are deliberate. Jack knows 45s defense won't be ready by Jan2. I think the intent is to book the Court Calendar..not to gag him at all. Allow him to continually hang himself in his own derangement for public consumption and content. Good or bad. After all is said and done? Dead to rights. I think Jack has what he needs to convict.

Cannon wants to be recused or removed from the bench. That would land her at Fox with a multi-million dollar contract.
