It is unprecedented territory, but also ‘unpresidented’ territory.

When you insinuate violence, or threaten someone that is illegal.

Making threats is a form of assault. You could face criminal charges for assault if it can be proven that you made a threat of violence and had the ability or intent to see it through. You may also face charges for written threats.

Why would Pences name come out of his mouth. Pence couldn't win if he was the only one running.

About time the threats to judges and prosecutors stops

Pretend he is a Black man the line will magically become crystal clear.

You do not have free speech rights to threaten witnesses and prosecutors. Two tier judicial system. Any one else would already be in a cell.

There is 'free speech' and then there is open threats.

For the future, we need laws that require the presidential candidates to disclose their income taxes before the election. Wouldn't be bad to require this of Congressional candidates either.

The way they treat him is TOTALLY ridiculous

Justice takes precedence over public opinion, running for office, etc... Don't do the crime if you can't do the time, and you won't have a conflict, like all other Presidents.

Constitution Amendment 14, section 3.

RICO Defendant former guy cannot be President. He's done.

This is not complicated. Criminal prosecution, the protection of the public, is more important than Trump's personal First Amendment rights.

Clearly, 14-3 applies to Trump. Enforce it, or ditch it!

How is it possible to not say anything not negative to and about Pence.

We all reap what we sow. Trump should have thought about this before he put himself in this situation. He can't run anyway the Constitutions clear.

So far he has crossed the “line” everyday of his life, Trump needs to be held accountable and so far NO JUDGE has done that.

He's a threat to everyone, even those around him. Like his own Chief of Staff described him, he's "...the worst person".

It’s a stupid question, Anderson. Stop pretending that Trump is is walking a nuanced line between criticizing an opponent and threatening him. Trump doesn’t have to run for president. He needs to do what he’s asked and stop pushing the envelope. He made his bed, he can lie in it (no pun intended).

He’s a monster. I realize this is off topic, but I’m shaken by his horrific comments about Lahaina.😢
