Boeing Starliner is OVER!...NASA Says Something Weird Happening On Starliner.
In the vast darkness of space, a capsule remains stranded in low Earth orbit. No one knows how to bring it back, while astronauts are stuck on the International Space Station. This is the situation that the Starliner astronauts are facing, a terrifying scenario like something out of a Hollywood science fiction movie, but it is the reality before us.
After too many technical issues, NASA realized that they needed a different solution to rescue their astronauts.
So, what is the current status of the Starliner? NASA has finally decided to choose SpaceX's Dragon to rescue...?
Let’s find out on today’s episode of Alpha Tech:
Boeing Starliner is OVER!...NASA Says Something Weird Happening On Starliner.
The cursed spacecraft—Starliner—seems to be getting worse. In fact, as we mentioned in our previous reports, NASA and Boeing officials were initially reluctant, even refusing, to use SpaceX's Dragon to rescue the astronauts Starliner sent to the ISS. They believed Starliner could safely return in any emergency situation. However, a recent action by NASA has dispelled this notion. NASA is indeed concerned about Starliner!
Although we don’t know many details, it can be accurately speculated that NASA is exploring whether Crew Dragon can be quickly launched in an emergency.
Boeing Starliner is OVER!...NASA Says Something Weird Happening On Starliner.
The results of this study will be very interesting. SpaceX may need to prepare for emergencies by:
1. Prioritizing the use of Dragon spacecraft and nearly refurbished Falcon 9 boosters.
2. Quickly converting scheduled missions to emergency mode, which could delay other missions.
3. Always keep an empty Dragon spacecraft and a fueled Falcon 9 booster ready at the launch pad.
I do not mean to suggest that there is definitely a problem with Starliner, but it is a possibility, and what NASA has tasked SpaceX with is a contingency plan to avoid astronauts being stranded on the space station in the future.

In addition to NASA's latest move, Boeing engineers have also announced the completion of tests on the backup thrusters on the surface to identify the cause of the incident.
However, in the joint meeting, we still haven't received any information about the return date of the two astronauts, indicating that the completion of ground tests has not yet yielded effective results.
Despite negative speculation in the space community, NASA officials remain very confident in front of the media.
"We collected an incredible amount of data on the thruster that could help us better understand what is going on in flight," said NASA’s commercial crew program manager Steve Stich in a NASA update. "Next, our team has moved into engine teardowns and inspections which will provide additional insight as we analyze the results and evaluate next steps."
The helium leaks seem to have caused several of the Starliner's thrusters to overheat, throwing its ability to navigate back to Earth in doubt. NASA, however, has maintained that Starliner would still be able to safely return Williams and Wilmore in the case of an emergency.

You boldly proclaim in the thumbnail “starliner is OVER”, then proceed to say In the voiceover “I don’t mean to suggest that there’s definitely a problem with starliner”. YES YOU DID. Stop lying in your thumbnails.

Boeing has failed . Starliner had big problems before launch, it should have never gone up .

This is no time for testing. The vehicle has continuously flunked the tests

Is Boeing's attitude "These astronauts are probably DEI hires anyway? If you lose one, you lose one. There are always thousands more."

Posters need to stop the BS and tell it as it is. Starliner is a failure, period. If I was the two astronauts who are stuck in space I’d say “Send a Dragon, we don’t want to try and die in the Starliner “!!!

So Boeing is finally doing all the testing on the ground that they should have done years ago during development?

NASA astronauts have to be taught "IF IT'S BOEING?I AIN'T GOING!!!!

Boeing is becoming a joke! They care more about their stock value than the quality of their machines!

it is baffling that NASA and Boeing had to wait until the Starliner was on space at the Space Station to do those tests. It looks like a proof of total incompetence. Why didn’t they do those tests with the un-crewed previous mission?

You'd think this issue would have been discovered during testing. Perhaps rushing to fulfill their contract was an issue.

The click bait thumbnails have got old quick. It honestly stops me from subscribing to the channels.

Only Boeing could copy an Apollo capsule and screw it up.

They should ditch this capsule rather than put two precious lives at mortal risk, and send SpaceX.

Let Boeing's record speak for itself. The only reason Boeing is still in the space industry is due to the no solo provider clause the government inacted. It is a good policy but choosing Boeing was their mistake.

At this point, thruster should not be a problem. We've used thrusters for a long, long time. And so why now is this a serious issue

Send Starliner home empty, then pick up people with Dragon just to be safe.

Click bait, no new info here! Just bring Starliner home autonomously and then send a falcon 9 dragon to pick up the astronauts. Easy and safe yet none of you YouTubers have suggested it. Duh!

Testing those thrusters while docked on the spacestation could alter its attitude. This should teach Boeing that simulations aren't enough. All the testing being done now should have been done long before sending it to space with a crew. Dump the junk and send for Dragon.

Boeing space missions are a joke, only death comes to using Boeing. Sad but true.
