If your talking about 1980s cars, you shouldn't be showing the road runner of the 1970s or the olds 442 from the 70s as well. Totally different versions.!

The 5.0 shown for the IROC had "Powered by Ford" on the valve covers. You showed a Monte Carlo SS while talking about the Grand National. My Dad had an 87 Shelby Charger. It was shockingly quick. And if you got the GLH (Goes Like Hell) version, it was even quicker. The 442 and Road Runner were both early 70s, not 80s.

Obviously for the 80s, the grand national should be number one.

Wow...first car, IROC Z, shows a pic of a small block Ford. Second, the 5.0 Mustang, shows a 2.3 four banger. Third, the Trans-Am, shows mostly late 70's and a '90s version and then includes a pic of a Toyota inline 6 engine while talking about the 5.0 and 5.7. At 3 minutes in I'm done! 🤣

WOW!!!
I never knew that the IROC came with a FORD engine.
Mine had a 5.7 Chevy.

Did anyone else notice that when he mentioned the 5.0 in the IROC, it showed a Ford engine in the video?

You don't seem to know your cars very well.

Not a car guy putting this together? All the Cutlass was from 69 to the late 70's and the roadrunners was late 60's to mid 80's for either one.

You have absolutely no clue about cars, especially the 1980's.

They were all dogs, learning years of furl injection, abs, air bags. Only performance car was the Grand National. Nothing from the 80s could beat it

FYI, The Monte Carlo SS were never provided with a 5.7 litre 350. Only 5.0 litre 305s.

The 80's Oldsmobile 442 was around until 1987, yet you only showed pics of the early 70's model. The Roadrunner was discontinued in 1980.

The 442 and Road Runner depicted in this video were the ones from the 70's. The ones in the 80's were not nearly as impressive, with the Cutlass being downsized and the RoadRunner being part of the Volare chassis.

If you are going to do a piece on eighties cars, how about using cars from the eighties.

When you talk about Muscle Cars I think that they should be V8's

This is what happens when kids talk about cars from 40 years ago

The only Trans Ams shown were from the 1970’s and 1990’s. C’mon. Where does it end? Oh, why don’t you just describe the Buick Grand National and show a Monte Carlo SS right in the middle of the GN part? That would be almost criminal. Wait. What!?!?!?!

Anyone else notice the Monte SS during the Grand National part? 4:02
