I won a property on an auction and the previous owner is claiming ownership. What you recommend me to do? I have my deed and paid owed property taxes also.

Let’s say that the grantor didn’t have the property when they did the quit claim deed… but then 2 months later obtains the property. Does the quit claim deed still have authority? Meaning that once she properly obtains the home it automatically goes to the grantee because they signed their interest in the estates before hand.

Thank you and I enjoyed this video. But I have more questions maybe you could help with. Trying not to make this a long story. I bought a house with 100 acres of property four years ago. I have a warranty deed. Well some of my neighbors say they own that property. One of them has a quit claim deed from he says his pappy.(we are in Kentucky)I’ve been fighting this for over two years now but the courts here seem to side with them. it’s gone to the point of the PVA assigned them 20 acres of my property and a tax bill. I did consult an attorney and they told me these are some good people you need to prove you own that land. Am I in the twilight zone or something. Please help

A seller owned title to half of the land and has been paying taxes the last 20 years on the other half on which he has no title. As buyer, seller says he will quitclaim the portion of which he has no title under an adverse possession....Please enlighten me as a buyer how to remedy the defect and have legal title to all of the land.

Back in 2018 I had to co-sign for my mom in order for her to qualify to purchase her first home. We tried to refinance this year but we already have the lowest interest rate we can get due to inflation. My mom is 47 she won’t need a nursing home any time soon. And I can’t purchase my home until I remove my name of my moms mortgage. Is a good idea to do a quit claim? And if I do how effective is it?

Can't the deed or house be put into a trust where they can't count as an asset ? If so what type of trust So my husband bought a house back in October of 21' and has been wanting to put myself and my youngest son on the deed but don't know how to go about it . I am currently unemployed and also my husband isn't in the best of health so we are trying to be proactive that we don't lose the home god forbid my husbands health keep declining .How should we approach this ?
