Compressed Slow Muscle Up 👽
Tried the V-Sit Muscle Up the other day and it was surprisingly easier than L-Sit Muscle Up, and way easier than the straight body MU.
This is due to lever mechanics and Lats being in an advantageous position to generate force. Given that you have sufficient lower body mobility and strong hip flexors, both the L-Sit and V-Sit MU should be easier than the straight body MU.
Today wanted to tried a full compressed MU…surely harder than the V-Sit one, but can’t tell for sure compared to the straight body one. I’d have to test them on the same day to be fully sure, but I was too tired to do any other attempt.
Anyways, it looks cool and it felt great 😄 if you have the mobility give it a shot! Not sure if someone has done it before honestly.
⚠️ Biggest danger here is falling backwards during the transition phase so get a STRONG grip! Be safe.
