I love the "hail sithis" line from the guards, it feels so cool to just have some random guard in a city see the brotherhood armor and know whats up. When i was a kid i always thought there would be some sorta quest with that, like somehow beginning to indoctrinate a whole towns guards into the brotherhood, and taking over the whole town, but alas that was just my 10 year old brain goin wild

I never understood whether or not the alchemy and conjuration interactions were the guards mocking you or just trying to brighten up their own daily lives (or yours) with some light banter and I still to this day can't tell

Honestly, the guards are quite interesting with their dialogue. Wish there was more ways we could interact with them, like the other npcs.

I don't know much about the english version, but in german they sometimes say something like: "sometimes I think I am that dragonborn and I just don't know."
