Hello boys and girls and welcome to a new video. Today I will be showing you times the queens guard showed an act of kindness. As you may know, the guards must stay in a strict character whilst on their shift. They must not be distracted whilst guarding their post. However, sometimes, there are justified times they must break character. Usually, they do this when something bad is happening, but today I thought I would show you some positive clips where they show a great act of kindness whilst on duty, I promise that you will love every clip in this video so be sure to watch till the very end. If you enjoy this video at any moment, be sure to comment, like and share to friends and family.
This video comes all the way over from Stockholm, the capital city of Sweden. Straight away you see a Swedish royal guard outside the royal castle. After a few moments, a small kid walks in the view of the camera. He is holding an umbrella and wearing a hat. Basically, he is trying to imitate the guard Infront of him. He walks up to the guard, brings his umbrella to his side of his body and starts marching up and down. You can tell he is really loving the situation. After a while the guard joins in with the boy and they march in synchronization. It is such a great video, and I guarantee it made the boys day!
This next video shows a king’s guard protecting his area at the tower of London. If you did not know, the kings guard are not able to drink or go to the toilet whilst on duty. They must get on with the shift without leaving their post. There are sometimes exceptions, in this instance it was a hot summers day and they need to hydrate. This is where the corporal comes over and helps the guard drink water. A great show of kindness.
This is a brilliant video and I am sure you will absolutely love it. This is recorded by Buckingham Palace; a little kid is dressed in a full king’s guard outfit. He looks so cool. There is a guard and a police officer talking in the distance, whilst this is happening, the kid is saluting the guard. All of a sudden, the guard walks out of Buckingham palace and visits the young boy, starts shacking his hand and takes a photo with him. I am pretty sure this is against protocol, nevertheless it is a classic video and the kid must be so happy by this moment.
I am sure you have seen this video before; it is a goldmine of a video. Scott the boy in this video was celebrating his birthday, so decided to dress up in the king’s guard outfit and visit the guards at the tower of London. Soon after, a group of kings guards are marching towards a building, I assume they have finished the shift. They march past him as he salutes to them all. One decides to go back to the kid, tells him to walk over, they stand side-by-side as his mother takes a photo with them together.
