Second...or third, depending on your point of view I guess.
Anyway, a very interesting list. Some I already knew about ( coffin sized sleep pods) and some completely new (people in Japan actually forget to close taxi doors??).
So going to a different country will have their own set of dos and donuts....even Canada has a complex set of social differences that can be mind boggling for Americans.
Thanks for the list!!

Been to Japan and all of these are so so true! In the winter time you can get HOT drinks from vending machines and even hot creamed corn in a can lol (you drink it from the can like a soda). The first time I sat on a fancy heated toilet seat was in a McDonald's lol! I was certainly not expecting it but it was very nice haha. And the first time I went to japan I brought home so many different flavored kit kats! There were amazing

Strict timetables would be intolerable for me. Especially the fast ones.
My fav ice cream is Mint chocolate chip, the paper-thin chips, any thicker chip and it isnt my fav.

Japan and New Orleans are drinking buddies… we in New Orleans “can’t “ drink on street cars or buses though…

Fun Fact: Americans work just as hard as Japanese people do because one key difference. People in Japan don't take their work home with them whereas in America, that's very common practice.
