honestly, getting a good sleep every night is one of the most rewarding things ever. when you get good sleep you notice and does improve your mental state during the day. It is hard but it forces you to make yourself as efficient as possible when you are awake.

Remember that this only applies to sleep supplements containing Melatonin. Other ones that don't contain melatonin are fine. Try finding a supplement with natural medicinals such as magnesium, chamomile and passionflower that are proven to promote quality sleep.

I think as long as you take them in moderation, they are benign because I think that you only need a few to sort of reset your circadian rhythm so you can get better sleep over a longer period of time. Obviously if you’re taking 50 a day, there’s going to be negative outcomes but I think if you just take a few and you’re not using it every day, it’s fine

As an insomniac, no matter how much vitamin D or how little caffeine I drink, I could not sleep. Melatonin was the only way I could fall asleep.

Yeah melatonin can induce testicular regression, the dosage in supplements is much higher than what we produce or what we can find naturally in food.
