This is my favorite video to workout to prior to lifting weights. Has the componenets that I love-kickboxing(taebo), abs and hiit. Thank you and look forward to more of these.

Brian's workouts are the only ones I'm able to fully do even with the restrictions I have due to arthritis in my knee and my sciatica. I have tried other workouts either b/c they come free with my health plan or I figure I'll incorporate variety. However, Brian's workouts make me sweat each time and I don't finish with pain in my knee or legs, as a matter of fact I feel better! Plus, there's plenty of variety since there's different workouts that include weights, kettle bells, HIIT, kickboxing or just what I call "walking aerobics". Definitely a loyal follower and greatly appreciate these workouts!
